Hello once again. After my last post in late Jan, I went into the Parker Hospital ER for my cold and the Dr. checked me out and said that I had had a mild heart attack. OMG, you could have blown me over with a feather--shocking to say the least. It ended up that I was flown to the Kingman hospital in Kingman, AZ for treatment as the Parker hospital was too small for any cardiac care. I was there for 2 days. My son and wife flew in to help me out --upon discharge, they drove me to Vegas and then I flew back to Redding, CA (our home). Jerry had to go back to QZ and pack everything up and drive back to Redding, so I stayed with my daughter and family in Redding for a week until Jerry arrived.
I am feeling so much better now and getting my energy back. Taking 6 meds now which is weird as I have never taken meds on a daily basis in my life!!! Also, seeing a family doctor and getting blood tests every 2 wks. So, life has changed a lot for me!
It is nice to be home for now--QZ was cold and stressful this season. But, we hopefully can return to AZ late next fall once again --we already miss our friends.
Glad I am feeling so well and don't seem to have any chronic health problems so thank the Lord for that.
