Thursday evening in May

OMG--cannot believe that I last wrote in Jan!!!! Yikes.
Well we suffered thru the cold winter in QZ and returned to Rdg. in late March in order to be
home for Easter on Apr. 8th. Was good to get home again and it was pretty nice this spring with a week or so of cooler, rainy weather.
Thurs. before Easter Lynn and family were here for tacos and to dye about 5 doz. eggs --it was great fun. Easter Sunday we all had dinner here--non-traditional one of lasagna and strawberry shortcake. The kids don't like ham so we eliminated that idea.
Since arriving home, Jer and I have been busy with yard work, planting a veggie garden and lots of flowers this time, and also with purchasing new recliners for the living rm and RV and then carpeting for the entire house--(which we are still waiting on the installation). Hopefully, this will be completed by May 22nd. Then, we will seal our driveway and take the RV in for fridge repair and be done with the main work!!!!
Weather is nice now, sunny and in the 80's.
Taffy, Jer and I doing well, so no complaints.
